What do we mean by socially responsible? Basically, we want to develop our fashion brand - Pee's Tailor & Fashion - so that we can give back to our community. We aim to do this in several ways...

• We will work towards incorporating the brand into technical colleges in Sierra Leone, building strong links with the colleges to help young Sierra Leoneans learn the art of tailoring and designing. The objective is to equip young people with skills needed in the workplace and to help fill a skills gap we have in this sector.
   

• We aim to create internships for young people who excel in the tailoring and design courses, thus improving thier potential whilst helping to build the brand further so that we can help even more young people into the jobs market.
   

• Money derived from sales of our products will be used to start a skills development project for school children, and principally helping poorer kids with uniforms for schooling.
   

• In addition, money derived from sales will be used to award scholarships where they are most need and this would be in the form of essential school supplies.
